Integrate Appointment Book Into Facebook Messenger Integration (Chat)

When someone comes in from Facebook Messenger in chat they are able to book an appointment before talking to a Chat Agent. 
However the booking information does not come through

We had to turn off the messenger integration because potential customers get upset when we have to ask a second time for their info after they have already setup an appointment.
