Adding New Tags

Where and how do I add new tags. I like to use tags for reporting the type of clients and outcome of the call.

    Kevin from Customer Support here.  Sorry for the delayed response.

    Tags can be applied on the Contact panel and you simply need to type what you would like the tag to be, then select by clicking on the tag.
