Live Agent Monitoring - Needs to see Live Agents
For Live Agent Monitoring, we have to add the agents one-by-one each time, this prevents someone from monitoring what is going on.
We'd like to see
1. Which Agents are Online Right Now
2. Which Agents are on a Call
3. The ability to listen in on a Live Call from that interface (it exists)
The current system would be fine if it defaulted to "Show everyone online"
