User Voice Mail Notification Criteria

It would be helpful if an individual user could determine on what circumstances a DID voicemail would be logged and sent to them and which field would be present the email template.

I have found that voicemails will be sent even if there is no audio, this my use case is simple. Set a talk time length to > 5 seconds, and only send a VM under that circumstance. We can do this when creating a voicemail notification manually.
