Pinned / Default Filters

It would be great if users were able to create default filters that were sticky for each log. Currently, after. filter is run its removed IF the current window is refreshed. I.e. the system doent save the last or any filter that the user previously ran.

    Thank you for your input. We truly appreciate it.

    Although it may not be exactly what you're looking for, have you tried the Auto Filter option? When you have a filter applied to an activity log, you can enable Auto Filter and that log will refresh your filtered view every 10 seconds. I find this very helpful when monitoring my team's queued and in progress activities.

    To enable Auto Filtering, apply a filter within your activity log and click on the arrow on the Auto Load/Stop Auto Load button and select Auto Filter.

  • Hello and yes Frank we use this feature 👍

    However, the moment you switch to say the text log and the go back to the call log - the filter is gone. Filter memory will solve that issue.
