How to comment on a community post

When viewing the community forum, you may run into a post that you have questions about or suggestions to help another user solve a problem. This type of feedback is perfect for the Comments section. 

At the bottom of the article, click Add a comment and draft your comment. 

Click Submit. Your posted comment will alert any of the article's followers, as well as the CallTrackingMetrics team monitoring comments! 

We read all of the feedback that comes through this forum. Yes, really! Our team members may engage in conversations, ask follow-up questions, or even start threads on topics they’re exploring.
