Allow for Call Scripts or Call Wrap Up with Custom Fields available on Softphone for mobile devices
We would like to help our team disposition our Custom Fields more consistently when answering calls from their mobile devices. If we could force a pop-up that has our custom fields in at the end of or during the call when answering with the mobile phone, that should help.
