Send Email/Text Alert for System Notifications

Add a trigger feature (email, text, etc.) for specific system notifications so customers can be alerted when major functionalities of Call Tracking Metrics fail.

For example, if a "Salesforce Integration Paused" notification is received, it would be very beneficial to have the ability to trigger an email notification or a text alert letting the team know that action needs to be taken immediately to unpause the integration.
