is it possible to send an SMS reply only if received an SMS text? (not a phone call)

is it possible to send an SMS reply only if received an SMS text? (not a phone call)

 

I set up a voice menu to send an SMS, but not sure how to trigger it only when receiving an SMS text and not a phone call

 

I don't seem to be able to create a new Queue for this

 

I don't want to not receive phone calls to this tracking number, but want to discriminate between SMS and inbound calls

    I would ask that you reach out to our support team directly for assistance with setting up the google ads integration.  You can click on the "help" tab within the CallTrackingMetrics platform and then select "Ticket Portal".  This will allow you to send a ticket to our support team who will then follow up with you.
