Turn off transcription for manager

Currently we are able to make it so that the agents can listen to each other's calls but not the manager's calls using Access Control Groups. When we turn on transcription for our tracking numbers, all calls are transcribed, even the manager's calls. We would appreciate the option to turn off transcription for specific users.

  • Morgan, you can manage transcriptions at the tracking number level through the Call Settings. If your managers use a specific set of numbers, you can make sure transcriptions are off for them while still transcribing the rest of your team's calls.
