Outbound Call Voice Greeting

In Pennsylvania, it is against the law to record a phone call without making all parties aware. We have recorded a greeting to play before each inbound call comes through, that will make our clients aware that we are recording the conversation. However, there does not seem to be a way to setup something similar for when we are making an outbound call. This would be extremely helpful.
