What Data is Sent to Google Analytics 3 (GA3)

The data sent to Google Analytics 3 (GA3) does not include an personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive personal information (SPI).

When we send an event to GA3 we send the following information:

• tracking number name/label if available/configured
• tracking number
• first-call or repeat-call
• call id

The event label will look like one of these:

• "my tracking number label", [phone]:first-call, 123456789
• "not set", [phone]:repeat-call, 123456789

The value of the event will be the duration of the call in seconds.
