You can schedule reports to be automatically emailed at regular intervals. Navigate to Reports → Overview (which is the default report for every account) as well as any custom reports you have created. Click Edit Schedules in the row of the report you would like scheduled. This will take you to a new screen to set up the report schedule.
In the To field, enter the list of email addresses to receive this scheduled report. Enter the email subject line in the Subject field, and edit or add any message you would like to include in the Body field.
Under the Schedule section, use the Repeats drop-down menu to select either Daily, Weekly or Monthly. If you select Weekly, you will then select which day(s) of the week to email this report. If you select Monthly, you will then select which day of the month to email this report. Then choose which time of day to email the report in the Run At field. The schedule will use the Time Zone you have defined in Account Settings.
Next, scroll down to the Report section of the page. Under Data to Use, use the drop-down menu to select the time period to be used for the report data (e.g. month-to-date, the last 7 days). Under Export Format, use the drop-down menu to select your format preference of either CSV or XLS.
Finally, scroll down to the Actions section of the page and click Save Changes
You can also schedule the Call Report to be emailed at regular intervals. Navigate to Reporting → Call Reports. Click Schedules in the top right, and a pop-up will appear with available options to configure the report schedule. Use the drop-down menu under View to choose how to sort the data (e.g. view by Agent, Tracking Number, Ad Campaign).
- Provide a subject line in the Email Subject field.
- Next, use the Repeats drop-down menu to select either Daily, Weekly or Monthly. If you select Weekly, you will then select which day of the week to email this report. If you select Monthly, you will then select which day of the month to email this report.
- Then choose which time of day to email the report in the Run At field. The schedule will use the Time Zone you have defined in Account Settings.
Under Data to Include, use the drop-down menu to select the time period to be used for the report data (e.g. year-to-date, the past 30 days).
In the Included Columns field, you can remove data columns as needed by clicking the small "X" to remove the column.
Fill in the list of email addresses in the Email Recipients field. Finally, click Save Schedule.
If you would like to filter the data in the scheduled Call Report,
- Go to Reporting → Call Reports
- Click the Filter icon in the top left
- Enter your filter options and click Apply Filter
You should now be viewing the Call Report while using that Filter. Then:
- Click Schedules in the top right. This will either bring up the current Call Report Schedule you have configured, or it will create a new Schedule if you haven’t created one yet.
- Adjust the options as outlined above, then check the box for Include Filters. The scheduled Call Report will now use those filter settings when generating the report to send you.
