Importing Past Calls to Salesforce

This article covers detailed information regarding the Salesforce integration.  We recommend you start by following the instructions in this article before proceeding.

Once you have activated your integration with Salesforce, you may choose to send past calls (calls that occurred before integration setup) into your Salesforce account.  It’s important to note that these imported calls will be mapped to leads, contacts, or other customer objects based on the settings you have assigned in your Field Mapping section of the integration page.

Importing Past Calls

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce, then click or scroll down to the Import Past Data section.
  2. Use the Start date and End date fields to select the date range for the calls you wish to import.
  3. Choose the Minimum call length (in seconds, minutes, or hours) for calls to be imported.  The call length is the combined ring time and talk time for the call.
  4. Click Import Past Calls.
