Onboarding is available for the first 90 days after creating your account. The amount of included meeting time depends on your account plan:

• Marketing Lite: 1 hour of meeting time
• Marketing Pro: 2 hours of meeting time
• Sales Engage: 2 hours of meeting time

What to Expect During Onboarding 

As part of your onboarding experience, we provide a complimentary personalized session to guide you through key setup steps, including:

• Submitting your business registration
• Purchasing and configuring your first tracking number
• Installing the CTM tracking code on your site
• Setting up basic integrations like Google Ads & Analytics
