Integrating with Dazos

While CallTrackingMetrics does not have an integration with Dazos, you can use your API access and webhooks to send call information into the Dazos platform. 

1. Enable API access by navigating to Settings > Account Settings > API Integration.
2. Share the API keys with Dazos.
3. Dazos will create two webhooks using the API. 
4. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks.
5. Name your Webhook and select At the end of a call/form/chat, once all data has been captured[end] as the trigger.
6. Enter the Callback URL from Dazos.
7. Save Changes.
8. Create your second webhook and select When an activity is received [start] as the trigger.
9. Enter the Callback URL from Dazos. 
10. Save changes.

This will allow CTM to feed call info back to the Dazos platform at the start and end of every call.
