Agents Not Hearing the Softphone Ringing

If your agents are not hearing their softphones ringing and you are an organization with Google Chrome Enterprise, you can set a site-wide policy allowing all users to add CTM to allow the site to play sound without interaction. 

This is what it will look like if you have Google Chrome Enterprise:

This can also be set per browser by navigating to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Additional Content Settings > Sound. From here, you can add the site you want to play sound.
