Adding Abbreviations to Triggers

It is common to want to fire a trigger based on when a Message Body contains a specific abbreviation, such as a State's abbreviation. 

To reference specific abbreviations in a trigger, the abbreviation should start and end with brackets [ ]. It is recommended the specific trigger rule be:  If Message Body, contains any in group, [State Abbreviation].

Each abbreviation must have its own line to be considered a unique value. See the example below.
