How to Turn Off Outbound Dialing

There are two ways to turn off Outbound Dialing from the softphone. 

The first is to turn it off for your entire standalone account or sub-account. Navigate to Settings > Account Settings > Behaviors and turn off Enable the softphone for outbound calls. This will turn off everyone's ability to make outbound calls.

The second option is to turn this off for specific Team Settings. This option is only available on Sales Engage, Enterprise, and Connect Plans. Navigate to Settings > Team Settings and click Edit next to the Team where you want to disable outbound calls. Scroll to Phone Buttons and expand Advance Interface Options. Turn off Show the Dial Pad. This will only allow agents to receive calls. The agents that should be unable to make outbound calls will need to be members of the Team where this has been turned off.
