Reactivating an Agency

If you would like to reactivate an agency account, you must do so within 60 days of canceling it. The user reactivating the agency must be an Agency Administrator. 

1. Navigate to Settings > Parent Settings.
2. In the Reactivate Agency section at the top of the page, click the Reactivate Agency button.
3. Once the agency has been reactivated, you can reactivate any sub-accounts canceled within the last 60 days.
