Change of ownership on an agency or standalone account

If you need to change the owner on your agency plan or standalone account, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to CTM as the Agency Administrator/Owner of an agency subscription or Administrator/Owner of a standalone subscription.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Parent Settings.
  3. In the left margin, scroll to Danger Zone.

  4. Click the ‘Take me there’ button in the Danger Zone Panel.
  5. Enter your authenticator token when prompted.

  6. Select a new owner from the list provided and click Change Agency Owner.

Note: If you cannot access the owner's profile, please open a ticket for support to request that the ownership of the account be changed. 

If the current listed Subscription Owner is unable to request an ownership change of your CTM subscription, please see what is required below for CTM to fulfill the request for a subscription ownership change:

  • Request for the Change of Subscription Ownership on an Official Company Letterhead
    • Include the name and email address of the current account subscription owner
  • Include the name and email address of the new account subscription owner
    • Should be a user already listed on the account
    • Include the Agency ID (if in reference to an Agency Account) to ensure we adjust subscription ownership on the correct agency
    • Include the reason for the ownership change
    • Official Letterhead Request must be signed by an Officer of the Company that can be verified by us
