To protect against fraud, accounts are not immediately authorized to dial internationally. When making an outbound call in an account that does not have International Dialing enabled, you may hear a busy signal or a message that says, "You are not authorized to dial that rate center."
To request International Dialing be enabled for your account, please submit a ticket with your use case for dialing internationally.
Although there are no additional costs for international dialing, you may have higher usage costs when international dialing is enabled. Usage costs can be estimated by visiting our Rate Calculator.
To limit which countries agents can dial out to, you can use the Country Selector in Team Settings. Navigate to Settings > Team Settings and choose which Team should have access to specific countries. Scroll to the Phone Buttons section, then expand Advanced Interface Options. From here, you can select the countries where you want to limit outbound calling. This feature is available on Sales Engage, Enterprise, and Connect plans.
If international dialing is already enabled, you may have to request that international dialing in high-risk areas be enabled. To do this, please submit a ticket to our Carrier Relations team.
