Regulatory Bundles

Why do we need Regulatory Bundles? Regulatory Bundles are required because regulators must identify end-users to mitigate potential national threats, prevent spam and fraud, and protect phone numbers as a natural resource for identifying individuals.

CallTrackingMetrics offers a self-service feature that simplifies the process of providing regulators with the necessary information to purchase numbers in their respective countries. Since each country has unique requirements, this feature equips you with all the required information to submit the correct details and promptly receive approval for your bundle.

Adding a Bundle to Your Account

1. Navigate to Buy Numbers:

• Go to the Numbers section and select Buy Numbers.
• Choose the country from the country selector where you want to purchase a number.

2. Create an International Regulatory Bundle:

• You will be prompted to create one if your account does not already have an approved International Regulatory Bundle for that country. 

• Click on the Create Regulatory Bundle button.

3. Complete the Regulatory Bundle Setup:

• You will be directed to the Regulatory Bundle page. Here, you will need to answer questions and upload the necessary documents to obtain an approved bundle for your desired country.

Regulatory Bundle Walkthrough:

1. Select Country and Number Type:

• Choose the country where you want to buy a tracking number.
• From the Number Type drop-down menu, select the type of number you want: mobile, local, or toll-free.
• Click the Load Requirements button to see the specific requirements for that country.

2. Enter Business Information:

• Fill in the required information in the Business Information section.
• Use the tooltips above each input box to help understand what information is needed.

3. Upload Business Documents:

• In the Business Documents section, select the document type you will upload as proof of identity from the list of required documents.
• Enter any additional information needed for the document type.
• Upload the document.

4. Proof of Address:

• Select a physical address from your existing addresses on file. If the address is not listed, click the New link to add a new address.

5. Enter Emergency Address:

• - Provide a physical address where emergency services can be dispatched if needed. This can be the same as your Proof of Address if it meets the requirements.

6. Submit the Bundle:

• Click the Create Regulatory Information button.
• Your regulatory bundle will be sent to the respective country's regulators for review and approval. You will receive email updates regarding the status.

7. Check Bundle Status:

• You can check the status of your bundle by clicking on the Regulatory Bundles button on the Buy Numbers page.

Note: If your bundle is rejected, click the Edit button. You will see the reasons for your rejection at the top of the page. You can resubmit the bundle with the correct information.
