An Account Name can be changed with the following steps and screenshot:
- Click the Menu icon within the CTM account (the 3 lines in the top left corner)
- Click Settings
- Click Account Settings
- Enter the desired name in the Account Name field
- Click Update Settings
An Agency Name can be changed with the following steps and screenshot:
- Click the Menu icon within the CTM account (the 3 lines in the top left corner)
- Click Settings
- Click Parent Settings
- Enter the desired name in the Agency Name field
- Click Update Settings
