Difference Between an Agency and a Sub-account

Plan types that offer sub-accounts are Growth, Connect, Marketing Pro, Sales Engage, and Enterprise.

Sub-accounts are individual accounts that work independently from one another but are held under an Agency. 

Only Agency Administrators will have access to an entire Agency and all the sub-accounts of that Agency. Agency Administrators can also remove and add sub-accounts, edit Agency Billing and sub-accounts on Agency Billing, as well as cancel sub-accounts and the Agency. 

User roles of Administrators and below only have access to the individual sub-account(s) they were added to.
