Carrier Pass Through Fees

Carrier fees are charged by carriers for A2P 10DLC messages sent to users on their networks. These fees are applied in addition to the standard US and Canadian Messaging pricing. In general, the fees are applied for each outbound SMS segment or MMS message. T-Mobile (including Sprint) also applies fees to inbound SMS and MMS.

Note: CallTrackingMetrics does not currently charge a markup on 10DLC fees. All 10DLC-related fees are passed on to the customer at cost.

Us Carrier Fees

AT&T Carrier Fees

Fees for all long code, toll-free, and short code messages to AT&T:

• $0.002 per registered outbound SMS long code message segment 
• $0.0035 per registered outbound MMS long code message segment
• $0.0030 per outbound SMS toll-free and short-code message segment 
• $0.0050 per outbound MMS toll-free and short-code message segment

T-Mobile Carrier Fees (including Sprint)

Fees for all long code messages to T-Mobile/Sprint:

• $0.003 per registered outbound/inbound SMS message segment
• $0.01 per registered outbound/inbound MMS message segment
• $0.006 per unregistered outbound/inbound SMS message segment
• $0.015 per unregistered outbound/inbound MMS message segment

T-Mobile acquired the Sprint network in 2020. Some devices still appear as "Sprint". Messages sent to these users will have the same fees as other messages to T-Mobile.

Verizon Wireless Carrier Fees

Fees for all long code messages to Verizon:

• $0.0025 per registered outbound/inbound SMS message segment 
• $0.005 per registered outbound/inbound MMS message segment
• $0.01 per unregistered outbound/inbound SMS message segment
• $0.005 per unregistered outbound/inbound MMS message segment

US Cellular Carrier Fees

• $0.0025 per registered inbound/outbound SMS message segment 
• $0.005 per registered inbound/outbound MMS message segment
• $0.0025 per registered outbound toll-free SMS message segment
• $0.005 per registered inbound/outbound toll-free MMS message segment

US Other Carrier Fees
