Agent Insights

The Agent Insights dashboard provides time-series views of metrics and event streams. It helps you quickly detect anomalies in calls that have taken place within the last 30 days.

To access Agent Insights:

  1. Navigate to Activities > Calls.
  2. Click on Edit on the call for which you want to view Agent Insights.
