The Agent Insights dashboard provides time-series views of metrics and event streams. It helps you quickly detect anomalies in calls that have taken place within the last 30 days. Agent Insights are available on the Sales Engage and Enterprise plans.
To turn on Agent Insights:
Navigate to Settings > Account Settings > Enable Agent Insights, then turn this toggle on.
To access Agent Insights:
- Navigate to Activities > Calls.
- Click on Edit on the call for which you want to view Agent Insights.
- Click on Agent Insights on the left menu.
